The 12 Jet Wok Cooker Turbo Burner Vortex is a heavy duty commercial grade cast iron burner designed for high powered Chinese Wok or Indian stock pot/tandoori cooking. It features 12 brass jets angled upwards, a removable central deflector, and a separate combustion tube for maximum combustion. This burner is compatible with natural gas and produces 130,000 BTUs of power. It has a 1/2" feed open with options for 1/4" and 3/8" feeds that are plugged. The burner measures 265mm in diameter with a combustion tube that is 70mm high x 200mm in diameter, and an overall height of 100mm including the tube. This burner is specifically designed for super fast Chinese Wok Cooking and has a very good turn down facility. It can be fitted to most standard Chinese cookers and is constructed using a circular cast iron burner with upward angled brass jets situated around the gas chamber, a removable cast iron central deflector, and a removable cast iron bowl for maximum combustion and easy cleaning.
